Describing The Depths of Creativity, showcases how creatives experience the world around them. Through research it was learned that creativity can be anything. However, no individual experiences creativity the same. These episodes showcase how creativity influences individuals' lives and how individual’s lives influence their creativity. This project encourages creativity as a healthy aspect of human life and aspires to share others’ creative stories. These episodes begin to describe creativity, as research shows that creativity can never have just one definition.
This final completion of this capstone project includes a documentary trailer, 3 episodes and a photo essay that feature three local Edmontians and their process of creativity. The photo essay showcases photos I have taken while documenting the creatives and features handwritten quotes with insights from the creatives. This capstone project has become a passion project that will be continued after graduation. I will continue to promote local Edmonton creatives and tell their story of creativity.
